wHO WE ARE
The VOWD (Victims of the War on Drugs) Project is a non-profit organization "VOWD" to improve the lives of those victimized by cannabis prohibition.
What we do
VOWD works to close the gap between the insidious impacts on the War on Drugs and the vast opportunities to be had in the burgeoning cannabis industry.

Our Mission
Our mission is to right the wrongs of cannabis prohibition. We fight to make drug war victims whole through expungement and decarceration. We promote comprehensive cannabis legislation reform that makes space in the cannabis industry for all, including by codifying home grow provisions.
